As consultant, facilitator, and friend to many organizations Gary has helped them deal with chaos and the ever changing landscape of organizational effectiveness. Gary's most recent endeavor was providing leadership to the Job Center in Dayton, Ohio. The Job Center is the largest "One-stop" employment and training centers in the United States.
